All the below infrastructures are our partnership concern they work with us with high priority.
SPINNING
To ensure the highest levels of quality and consistency we make sure that our yarns are bought from certified genuine Spinning Mills, We use Compact yarn, Slub yarn, Neppy yarn, Grindle yarn, Injected yarn, Multiple type of poly cotton composition yarn, Fair Trade, BCI, Organic Cotton, ETI, OE yarn with GRS Certified, and we offer other special type as per the requirements.
KNITTING
Knitting plants are equipped with Circular knitting machines which are imported from Europe brands (Mayer & Cie), we knit varieties of fabrics like Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Pique, Feeder& Auto Stripes, Jacquards with Lycra, Flat knit collars, Waffle, Fleece in all gauge and feeders.
We are capable of producing all kind of specialty fabrics and performance technical fabrics.
DYEING
To process grey fabric to dyed fabric we installed European Soft flow machines, our dyeing division has a modern Effluent Treatment Plant & Reverse Osmosis unit, Zero discharge unit by adapting innovative strategies from time to time, Technology to reinforcing our commitment to Eco-Friendly practices. (Zero Liquid Discharge)
GARMENT WASHING UNIT
Different Washing methods are adopted according to client needs and customization needed for fabrics. With world class technology and infrastructure with trained work. Some of the washing process were listed here
Enzyme wash, Softener wash, Silicon wash, Bio washing, Roll wash, Stone wash, Dry Bio Wash, Acid wash, Crinkle Wash, Ball Wash, Vintage Wash etc.
PRINTING AND EMBROIDERY
The Printing division is equipped with screen printing and other printing machinery of advanced technology imported from Australia. Plastisol, Glitter, Pigment and Foil printing are some of variants of screen printing. Only Azo-Free dyes are used
The embroidery division is equipped with the modern computerized machineries from Tajima with sequins device attached to do any intricate designs.
STITCHING AND FINISHING
Stitching and finishing unit with all normal and special purpose machines imported from world renowned manufacturers to make contemporary style knitwear, Lay cutting machines, steam irons, stain removing stations and every other machine needed to finish trendy garments are available more than everything the professionalism of our trained workers gives a neat and perfect finish to the final garments.
